If you're looking to buy a new home, give Jim a call or fill out our buyer's information request form.  Through the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), Jim has access to all properties which are for sale in the area.  Once he knows what you are looking for,  he'll research the properties available which fit your requirements and get back to you.  This can save you days or weeks of searching.

If you already have a particular property in mind, Jim can arrange to show you the property. Just let us know the address and MLS number, and we'll guide you through the process of making an offer through closing.
