Dal started his real estate career in 1976 in Rocky Mount, NC. In 1978, he co-founded Bryan-Barber Realty which was later changed to Coldwell Banker Barber, Evans, and Fryar. The company was a leader in real estate sales, development, and property management. In the late 1980's, Dal moved to the Outer Banks of NC to pursue real estate development. In 1990, Dal moved to Wake County to head up the real estate sales at Sunset Ridge, home of the Devil's Ridge Golf Club in Holly Springs. While at Sunset Ridge, he won the MAME Award in 1992 for Sales Team of the Year. Since moving to Wake County, Dal has headed up sales in several successful communities and specialized in new subdivision start-up's as well as reviving troubled subdivisions.
Dal joined The Jim Allen Group in January 2009 and has already showcased his real estate talents and expertise. During his spare time, Dal enjoys spending time with his family and heading out on the golf course. Dal's enthusiasm is contagious and you'll never see him without a smile on his face!
