Tim joins the Jim Allen Group from the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Falls office.   A long time North Carolina real estate broker, Tim spent the last 25 years working in advertising, sales management and marketing consulting.   Tim joined general brokerage real estate in 2007 and currently serves with the following community organizations:   member of the Wake County Public School System’s Superintendent’s Parents Advisory Committee, Wake County Government Representative for the RDU Noise Abatement Committee, Education Committee member on the Green Home Builders of the Triangle, one of 136 EcoBrokers in the state of North Carolina, one of 127 agents in North Carolina as an Accredited Staging Professional, and the President of the North Wake Real Estate Professionals.   Tim also holds the following designations:   Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), ePro, and an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR).
