My house went on the market in June 2008, right before the market bottomed out. Many months after my house was on the market and I had been through multiple realtors in an attempt to sell it, I was connected through a neighbor to Angie. In June 2003, you made a fantastic group effort to sell our home in Raleigh in what seemed like record time so that Sean and I could move to Pittsburgh, PA where Sean's work took us. Loving Raleigh, the relocation was traumatic as was the reality of selling our home. However, the actual process of selling the house was painless because of everything (and we mean everything) occurred exactly as Jim predicted. From the initial list price to house much foot traffic the house had to the final sales price, Jim was precisely correct on mistakes made by the closing attorney and because of his effort, we were spared what could have been quite a bit of a hassle. Instead, it was a pleasant five minute wait while the attorney made the corrections!
Furthermore, even though we were selling a small home, we were treates like we were selling a million dollar home. We felt as if we were your only client. Your attentiveness, sincerity, professionalism and knowledge of the industry make your team light-years ahead of the competition!

But our relationship with you does not yet end. Having the opportunity to relocate anywhere in the country, we have chosen to return to Raleigh not just because we love it so very much (there are many areas in which would be wonderful to live), but also because we feel that The Jim Allen Group will make our return nearly effortless.
