How Long Have You Lived in NC?
All my life. I was born and raised in Raleigh.
If You Had Unlimited Time and Resources, How Would You Spend Your Days?
Outside of traveling and enjoying time with my family, I’ve always wanted to a mixed use development in my vision. So, that would be one thing I’d do. I would by about a thousand acres and turn it into a private mountain bike trail for me and my friends.
What is Your Favorite Local Restaurant and Why?
Honestly, I don’t think I have a favorite restaurant. I’m always on the lookout for something new.
How Would You Describe Yourself in One Word and Why?
Dreamer. I’m always trying figure out how things could better.
Asheville or Wilmington? Why?
Wilmington, which may come as a surprise given that mountain biking is my hobby of choice. The beach is a place that puts me at ease. There’s something about being near the water that just calms me. It’s also much easier to get around on flat land as compared to the skinny switchback roads in the mountains.
What Causes/Charities Do You Care About?
Habitat for Humanity. I love their mission and the fact that they help families in need.
Who are the People (and Pets) that Keep You Motivated?
My wife (Jessica) and daughter (Campbell) and my two dogs Wilson and Lucy.
