Born and raised in New York City, Luis has called North Carolina his home since 1988. A former Marine Corps Sergeant, Luis moved to Raleigh in 1994 to begin a career with Cellular One (now Verizon Wireless) in the early days of cellular phones as a service technician. He quickly moved on to retail sales, then corporate sales, eventually managing multiple retail locations, all within 4 years. It was the purchase of his first home in 1997 that sparked his interest in residential real estate and he obtained his real estate license in 1998, moving up to Broker in 2000. Luis’ experience, work ethic, attention to detail, and “can-do” attitude is unparalleled, resulting in a strong referral network of past clients. He is a proud father and grandfather of four sons, a step daughter, and two granddaughters, and lives in Raleigh with his wife and childhood sweetheart, Sonia and their dogs Rocky and Benji. Luis holds a second degree black belt in Shotokan Karate and served as head coach for Triangle’s Best Karate competition team for over 9 seasons.
Jamie, originally from Newburyport, Massachusetts, has lived in North Carolina for almost 10 years. She attended Newburyport High School and Plymouth State College in Plymouth, New Hampshire where she studied Early Childhood Education. After attending college she decided to travel, it was then she moved south first to Florida and then to North Carolina. Jamie’s extensive background in the customer service industry gives her the tools she needs to quickly hone in on her client’s needs and is able to juggle the demands of a busy real estate career and family life seamlessly.
Jamie and her husband Joe, a US Army veteran, reside in Garner with their two daughters Mackenzie and Mallory. She enjoys spending her free time with her family, traveling, being outdoors, and is also a lover of the ocean and home decorating.
