His passion for zoning, planning, development, and construction combined with his Marketing degree and North Carolina building contractor's license make him an invaluable asset to his clients. Phillip's superior construction and development knowledge positions him as a trusted advisor among his client base and colleagues. He has been successful in the creation of infill and development opportunities for clients in A+ locations, assembling builder teams for his development clients, providing plan design and pricing guidance, and specializing in both new construction and resale home sales and marketing.

Philip and his wife Kelly are parents of 3 children, he is a believer, and here to help serve you in a multitude of capacities. In his spare time, he loves doing family-related activities which include: Fishing, Mountain biking, Boating, Snow skiing, and Scuba diving.
