A native to North Carolina, Tim is familiar with the area and has watched the transformation of growth that the Triangle has experienced. He attended UNC Chapel Hill before he obtained his real estate license. Overby previously worked for Fonville Morisey & Barefoot as an on-site agent, WSR Home Buyers as general brokerage sales with emphasis on foreclosures, as well as Director of Sales and Marketing for Vesta Homes in Raleigh. His experience and enthusiasm earned him Rookie of the Year award in 1998 with Fonville Morisey Builder Marketing Group in addition to Million Dollar sales volume recipient every year.
