Ali joined the Jim Allen Group (JAG) family in 2009 as Jim Allen’s Assistant and General Operations Manager. She has been committed to ensuring the success of JAG and each member of our team since then. This commitment engaged her in many aspects of the company including but not limited to: new agent orientation and training, updating and improving office systems for efficiency, IT management, corporate bookkeeping, and HR management. Ali now focuses primarily on coordinating and managing Jim Allen’s overall portfolio of development projects and partnerships, to provide new opportunities for our builders, agents, and clients. Ali continues to manage JAG’s financials, oversee human resources, and contribute her knowledge and experience to JAG as needed in all areas.
