Heather Naiman

Heather Voss Naiman is driven to help people find what motivates them. As a longtime employee and current member of the corporate sales team for the luxury Life Time Athletic club, Heather knows how to get to the heart of what her clients want for themselves. “Everybody has a why they're doing what they're doing and there's a reason behind it,” she said. “I like having those open-ended questions conversations, figuring out what it is people are looking for, but also why, and then helping them achieve that.” That drive to find a client’s “why” ultimately drove her to begin a transition into her family’s business, Voss Residential, a luxury homebuilder within The Jim Allen Group. Alongside her brothers Aaron and John and her father, Gary, she acts as a broker for the Voss Residential team. It didn’t take long before she became a Triangle area real estate agent for The Jim Allen Group team, too.

Heather joined The Jim Allen Group in 2022, shortly after obtaining her real estate license. One of the benefits of working alongside her family and the JAG team, she explained, is the resources that are available to buyers. “I think this is what sets us apart,” she said. “With the partnership with Voss Residential, if someone comes to me and they want to sell their home, but maybe they need to make some updates to their current home to be able to put it on the market, I can connect them with Voss Residential to get quotes to get the things done.”

While Voss Residential may not always be the go-to source for homes for all of her clients, Heather said what really drives her is connecting with them through The Jim Allen Group to find exactly what they need. “I just really enjoy helping people,” she said. “I think it's more about the sense of accomplishment that comes from helping someone acquire their dreams and taking what they've been imagining and making it a reality.”

Heather also said she loves working with clients across all walks of life to find the right home. “That process can be overwhelming, from how to start it and finish it, and how to be able to do it in today's market,” she said. “We can help them with that, whether it be someone that's looking to purchase their first home, or maybe their family's expanding and they're looking for a place to grow their family. Maybe someone who's even looking to downsize and just be able to find something that facilitates their new season of life. Or maybe it's about they have teenagers and they're looking for a way to be able to entertain and have family and friends and it's associated with their lifestyle.” The work with The Jim Allen Group brings her joy as she helps her clients.

When not serving clients across the Triangle, Heather is active as the mother of 12 kids. “They’re my reason, my why,” she said. “They’re what gets me out of bed every day and keeps me going.” She also has two grandsons and one granddaughter. Growing up as a pastor’s daughter, she remains active in her church, too. “My faith is super important,” she said, and added that she’s worked in various ministry positions throughout her life. “I enjoy using my talents, abilities, and time to serve others,” she said.
