Rolesville is also a popular choice for its great promise and opportunity for commercial growth as Realtor.com named it a “Boom Town,” one of the 10 fastest growing towns in America. New home communities that buyers should be aware of are Barrington, featuring gourmet kitchens and open floor plans among other beautiful attributes, and Carlton Pointe, featuring a large pool with a clubhouse, walking trails, two children’s playgrounds and other family-friendly amenities.
Finding your home in a smaller town satisfies other desirable conditions such as a growing, friendly community for children’s socializing and strong public schools to foster their academic success. They offer recreational attractions including parks, and boast lower crime rates.
As the alluring aspects of a large city like entertainment, shopping and career opportunities can be accessed easily from directly outside the city and at a lower cost, smart home buyers consider the added value of buying into these flourishing bedroom communities.
