Parade of Homes was quite an adventure for JAG — and the 2024 real estate market

2024 Triangle Parade of Homes Highlights

The JAG Team

That’s a wrap! The 2024 Triangle Parade of Homes is officially over after three weekends of tours across the greater Triangle area. This year’s Parade, which featured 243 homes, 165 communities, and 100 builders, saw a return to pre-Pandemic numbers. It also brought new focus toward the evolving 2024 real estate market across the Triangle and Tri-county area.

In the 2024 Parade of Homes, The Jim Allen Group represented more than 60 homes priced from the $300s to $3.6 million. And we ended three weekends with much to celebrate. Our builders won 28 awards across two different events and we brought in new leads who are interested in purchasing these homes. Plus, the designs will influence the 2024 real estate market into 2025. Here are the key takeaways we experienced at this year’s Parade of Homes.

The Jim Allen Group is proud to support our builder clients and the tremendous work they’re doing to influence design across the Triangle.

We met — and rewarded — people from across the region

We were blown away by the amount of people who came to tour homes from The Jim Allen Group’s client builders during the Parade event. By offering our own Adventures in Finding Your Home event, we were able to shake hands with thousands of people from across the Triangle and TriCounty regions. We also gave away a ton of wonderful prizes. In fact, we gave away over $20,000 in prizes, including instant giveaways Parade swag winners. And we can’t wait to announce our Grand Prize winner.

But the clear winner during this event was Wake Tech Foundation, plus we added in another very important donation. Not only did we raise $4,000 for Wake Tech Foundation, which supports local education, when visitors unpacked a “JAG Gives Back” prize.  But we also matched our Wake Tech Foundation donation. We matched, dollar for dollar, to donate to  Western North Carolina relief efforts after Hurricane Helene. We’re grateful to all of the people who toured with us and allowed us to give back to our neighbors in Western NC.
