Jim Allen is the founder and President of The Jim Allen Group, one of the top-producing real estate groups across North America.

Jim earned his bachelor’s degree in engineering from North Carolina State University. Upon completion, he embarked upon his real estate career, where he steadily climbed to the position of the top sales and listing agent in the Triangle.

Jim’s recipe for success has been his undying passion, commitment and dedication towards his company and employees enabling them to thrive amidst the most challenging real estate environments. He believes in giving back and is drawn toward finding solutions to poverty, as well as providing relief for disaster and humanitarian crises.
