JAG builders honored during Franklin County Parade of Homes

It was an unforgettable night for Franklin County builders after a total of 17 homes from builders with The Jim Allen Group took home 29 awards from the 2025 Franklin County Parade of Homes awards gala. The gala, held Wednesday, Oct. 10, celebrated all award winners from the full Parade event, which celebrates the Triangle’s building and design trends and highlights the exceptional growth that’s happening in Franklin County.
JAG builders took home several gold, silver, and bronze awards across numerous categories. Here are some of the highlights from the awards gala.

Gold award winner, Oak & Stone Custom Homes
The team at Oak & Stone Custom Homes earned a coveted Gold award at the Franklin County Parade of Homes for 219 Forest Bridge Road in Youngsville. This intricately detailed estate home features upgraded trim, expansive ceilings, and a spacious foyer entry with a fireplace.
