Kate’s real estate journey began at 22 when she purchased her first home and rented rooms to friends. Over the years, she strategically acquired and converted multiple properties into rental investments, giving her deep firsthand knowledge of real estate as both an investment vehicle and a foundation for quality of life. Her background in marketing analytics allows her to approach transactions from a unique perspective, combining market data with genuine understanding of what makes a home right for each client.

Personal Connection & Roots

Kate and her husband moved to Raleigh during the pandemic, drawn by the city’s vibrant community, outdoor lifestyle, and career flexibility. Their decision to plant roots here has only deepened their love for the area. As an owner of two rescue kitties, Kate is passionate about animal welfare and supports no-kill pet shelters, a commitment that reflects her compassionate approach to client relationships. When not assisting clients, you’ll find her exploring Raleigh’s neighborhoods, parks, and local spots.
