Currently a student at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, he is double-majoring in Business Development and Real Estate. Brooks often supports clients with buying, selling, and investing in properties, drawing on the successes of his earlier venture — Seahawk Services, a landscaping and pressure washing business. This endeavor, founded during his college years, showcased his knack for creating genuine community connections and impactful service delivery. Growing up in the heart of Raleigh, Brooks not only possesses deep roots in the community but is also actively involved in it. His commitment extends beyond his professional life; he is involved in his home church, Providence in Raleigh, and has participated in several overseas mission trips, underlining a strong belief in outreach and ministry beyond immediate geographical confines. An enthusiast for the great outdoors, Brooks spends his leisure time fishing, hunting, and boating, activities that align seamlessly with his membership in Ducks Unlimited, where he contributes to wildlife conservation efforts. This passion for the environment and admiration for Raleigh’s natural landscape reflects Brooks’ holistic approach to life — one where professional ambitions and personal pursuits mutually inspire and inform one another.
