Meet Lisa Rider

Lisa Rider is a Broker and REALTOR® with The Jim Allen Group, serving buyers, sellers, and investors in Franklinton, Youngsville, Wake Forest, Louisburg, and throughout the Raleigh area. She works across luxury properties and investment deals, including creative and seller-financing structures that give clients options beyond a conventional purchase.

Experience & Expertise

Lisa got her license in 2024 and joined The Jim Allen Group in 2026. Before real estate, she taught special education and worked for the Bureau of Prisons — two jobs that ran on the same skill: staying calm, listening carefully, and getting people through situations that felt overwhelming. That translates directly to a transaction where inspection findings come back rough or an appraisal lands short.

She represents both buyers and sellers, and works regularly with investors on acquisition strategy and property management, residential and commercial. Clients tend to describe her the same way: direct about what a property is worth, clear about what comes next.

Personal Connection & Roots

Lisa moved to the Raleigh area from Pennsylvania three years ago, where her family was active in investment properties — she grew up around rehabs, rentals, and the math behind them. She and her husband homeschool their four children. When she isn’t working, she’s usually outdoors or at the gym. She’s a member and volunteer at Faith Baptist Church in Youngsville.
