What Does Being a Part of The Jim Allen Group Mean to You?

I am a support person by nature. I was lucky to recognize this in myself early on in life and began to run back-office support for various real estate companies shortly after obtaining my Brokers license when I was 18. At 24 I started with JAG and I couldn’t have found a better fit. At that time we were growing so fast that we were in dire need of infrastructure and SOP’s. Dream come true for me, and Jim being a leader by nature, nurtured and allowed me to do what I do best, to put those things in place. The same stands today as we continue to grow and improve JAG.

How Long Have You Called North Carolina Home?

We live in Southwest Louisiana, Working remotely for the last 10 years in support of JAG has been a huge learning experience that we have manages to make very effective.

If You Had Unlimited Time and Resources, How Would You Spend Your Days?

I will probably work for the rest of my days, I am incredibly bad a being bored. I am my best self when I am pressed for time and have people depending on me. JAG is 100% where I belong, never a dull moment and always someone to help or something to solve.

What’s Your Favorite Local Restaurant?

My kitchen is my favorite restaurant!

How Would You Describe Yourself in One Word, and Why?

Pragmatic. I always consider as many factors as possible when problem solving and look for the most efficient comprehensive process.

Asheville or Wilmington?

Wilmington. Only in summer though, I do not do “COLD”

What Causes/Charities Do You Care About?

St. Jude is our families go to Charity. Children and families dealing with difficult medical issues pulls at our hearts.

Who are the People (and Pets) that Keep You Motivated?

My husband Brian and I love our simple life, full of animals and teenagers. We love to fish and take care of our little farm during our free time.
