Being part of The Jim Allen Group truly means family to me. After 16 years with the team, my co-workers and agents have become my extended family. I’m grateful to work in a faith-based environment where prayer, integrity, and genuine care for others are valued.

I’ve called North Carolina home my entire life and have been a licensed Realtor in the Raleigh area since 1991. Real estate is the only career I’ve ever known. I began at age 18 as a receptionist at a local real estate company, later becoming the assistant to a seasoned, well-respected agent who mentored me in the business. I earned my real estate license at just 21 years old and have spent decades building experience and relationships across the Triangle.

My real estate background spans many years as a new homes sales associate as well as many years dedicated to selling resale homes. That combination gives me a deep understanding of how to price, market, and position homes effectively. Today, I focus my time and energy on helping sellers successfully sell their homes, guiding them through the process with experience, strategy, and care.

Family and faith are central to who I am. Losing my mom the day before Thanksgiving last year deeply shaped my perspective and strengthened my belief that life is short and every season matters. I would describe myself as caring and empathetic, with a heart for serving others—qualities that naturally carry into my work with clients during important life transitions.

I’m passionate about supporting UNC Children’s Hospital, a cause close to my heart after they saved my daughter’s life as an infant when she was born with a congenital heart defect. Outside of work, I love Asheville for its mountains and laid-back pace, and one of my favorite local restaurants is Tiramisu in North Ridge Shopping Center.

The people who keep me motivated most are my husband, my daughter and her fiancé, and my extended family—including my brother, his wife, and their children in Fayetteville. My brother owns Pendergraft Homes, and I’m proud of the work he does.
