If You Had Unlimited Time and Resources, How Would You Spend Your Days?
I’d buy a big house, where we all (my children and grandchildren) could live together. I’d take my daughter to see Ireland and spend the rest of my time visiting with my family and volunteering at the UNC Children’s Hospital.
What’s Your Favorite Local Restaurant?
Winston’s Grille. The service and the food is always consistent. I love the fried green tomato salad with blackened salmon on top!
How Would You Describe Yourself in One Word, and Why?
Brutally honest – but that’s not one word. I’d say honest. My friends tell me, “don’t tell Billie Jean unless you really want to know what she thinks.”
Asheville or Wilmington?
Wilmington – I’m not a mountain girl. I love the coast.
