Bradley’s journey into real estate began thanks to the guidance of Steve Brown, a Senior Vice President at Kane Realty. After gaining valuable insights and experience from his time at Kane, one of the Triangle’s premier developers, Bradley transitioned into residential real estate with Keller Williams Raleigh. His diverse background in the industry gives him a well-rounded understanding of the local marketplace and a unique edge when advising clients. He often supports individuals navigating competitive residential markets and brings a refined ability to assess ever-changing real estate dynamics. His academic background further informs his professional perspective. A graduate of East Carolina University, Bradley holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports Studies with a minor in Business Administration. At ECU, he took on campus leadership as Student Body President and earned a seat on the university’s Board of Trustees. His commitment to service was recognized by being commissioned as an Honorary Colonel for the Commonwealth of Kentucky, a distinction awarded by Governor Steven L. Beshear. These experiences have shaped Bradley into a thoughtful, solution-oriented professional who thrives under pressure and enjoys fostering long-term client relationships rooted in trust and transparency.

Personal Connection & Roots

Rooted in the Triangle for much of his adult life, Bradley moved to Raleigh after graduating from ECU and spent nearly a decade exploring the city’s vibrant neighborhoods—his favorite being Five Points. In 2020, he relocated back to Wendell, where he now lives and actively contributes to the local community. He is a proud member of the Wendell Chamber of Commerce and frequently volunteers at cornerstone events like the annual golf tournament, Harvest Festival, and holiday parade. When not serving clients or engaging in community events, Bradley enjoys giving back to causes close to his heart. As a passionate advocate for youth empowerment, he coaches both basketball and baseball during his spare time. He also supports the “We Build People” campaign at Finley YMCA, an organization he proudly once worked for and continues to champion for its role in uplifting families and children in need. Whether through real estate or community involvement, Bradley is dedicated to lifting others as he climbs—continuing a legacy of leadership and service that defines his personal and professional life.
