What Does Being a Part of The Jim Allen Group Mean to You?
There are so many opportunities with The Jim Allen Group. I’ve been with JAG for ten years, and what I’ve learned is that I can always trust Jim to lead us in the right direction. Before working with JAG, my husband and I owned a restaurant, and there were parts of it that I was good at and parts of it that I was not the strongest at. I know being a part of JAG means that I can rely on a team that helps me where I am weakest while enabling me to be my best.
Being a part of JAG means being part of something bigger. We are proven, we are the top, we are number one—and we wouldn’t get there without each other. We could never get there without working together.

If You Had Unlimited Time and Resources, How Would You Spend Your Days?
I would work with therapy dogs to help children and older folks in hospitals. There are so many suffering with disease, so many who are having a tough time with things. If I had all the time in the world, I’d want to use it to help bring happiness to those people.
I would put the dogs in a red wagon and take them from room to room to meet all the kids and brighten their day.

What Causes/Charities Do You Care About?
My mother-in-law has dementia—she lives next door to us. Caring for her and caring for loved ones are the most important things to me in my life.
I also care about children’s charities. Children don’t know any better, and they haven’t had a chance to figure things out. I want to care for them and give them a chance to have what I had when I was their age.
