Daniel is from a military family which fostered his strong work ethic. He spent time in both Germany and North Carolina during his childhood but proudly calls the Raleigh area home.
After graduating from Campbell University’s prestigious Trust & Investment Management Program, Daniel joined AXA Advisors as a Financial Advisor where he managed investments and retirement accounts for North Carolina Public Schools, Universities and Governmental employees. He also counseled clients on Estate Planning in areas of wills, trusts, and estates in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia.
During his tenure as a financial planner he held the professional distinctions of NASD/FINRA Securities Licenses Series 7 and Series 66, and Life and Health Insurance Licenses in North Carolina and South Carolina, which included appointments to over sixteen insurance or investment companies.
Daniel applies his knowledge and experience of investments and fiduciary law to his real estate practice where he has served buyers and sellers over the past ten years. Daniel is experienced in managing New Construction, Resale Property, Commercial and Multi-Family transactions. Trained by Jim Allen himself, Daniel has accumulated a vast knowledge of new construction and negotiating tactics.
Daniel also serves Relocation for Buyers, Sellers, and Investors. He is currently appointed to the Cartus and Affinity Relocation Teams and serves as Treasurer and on the Board of Directors for the Realtor Foundation of Wake County. He is a past member of the Board of Directors for the Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors.
