What Does Being a Part of The Jim Allen Group Mean to You?
It means being able to work with many professionals from all walks of life with different beliefs and motivatons and learning and growing alongside them daily. These people, especially the strong women on the team are constant motivators to push myself to be better both professionally and personally.

If You Had Unlimited Time and Resources, How Would You Spend Your Days?
I would volunteer my time to work alongside our youth. Spending time filling their heads with positivity and motivate them to believe in their own unique selves. Additionally, I would volunteer in the school system to help out our teachers!
What’s Your Favorite Local Restaurant?
In Wake Forest I love Asuka! Their sushi is always fresh and fun to try. In Oxford where I live, I would recommend Toro’s. They have a great selection of authentic Mexican food that is always fresh and delicious.
How Would You Describe Yourself in One Word, and Why?
Supportive. I am always looking for a way to pitch in and help out whether it be with a physical task or helping someone mentally get through a challenge. If you ever need people to show up for you, you will likely see my name on the top of the list. For any reason and no reason at all, I’ll be there.
Asheville or Wilmington?
Wilmington. I am a pisces and I need to be near water. It helps me regroup and refocus on life’s many trials. Additionally, it reminds me that there is beauty all around us and that we should never take advantage of it. More importantly that we need to slow down in order to see it.
What Causes/Charities Do You Care About?
I volunteer a lot of my time to our schools athletic department. Not only because my son is a scholar athlete but because I believe that our youth need people who will show up for them in good times and in bad. I will likely continue to support our local team even after my son graduates.
Who are the People (and Pets) that Keep You Motivated?
My son, Grayson and my many family members from my large Irish/Italian family. My dad is one of 16! And we have two doggos named Maverick and Blackjack.
