Meet Janny Lavery

Janny Lavery is a valued member of The Jim Allen Group, having joined the team in 2025. With a diverse background in commercial real estate spanning 14 years, Janny has served in various roles such as Project Manager, Marketing Manager, and Director of Marketing. She holds a Broker License and is a REALTOR, bringing a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise to her clients.

Janny is a proud alumna of the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where she earned her BS in Psychology. She furthered her education at Ohio University, achieving an MS in Sports Business and Marketing. As a North Carolina native and lifelong resident, she deeply understands the local market and is passionate about helping clients find their dream homes in the area.

Janny would buy a lot of land, create Golden Acres Pond, and adopt senior dogs to give them a loving environment where they can live out their best days happily.
