Before working directly with clients, Justin built his reputation on the business side of real estate—driving brokerage growth, shaping operational strategy, and consulting sales teams through nine-figure production benchmarks.

Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Policy and Leadership from East Carolina University, where he served as Student Body President and held a seat on the university’s Board of Trustees. That early experience in governance and strategy shaped his professional approach: lead boldly, execute precisely, and never lose sight of the people involved.

Currently enrolled in UNC Kenan-Flagler’s Executive MBA program, Justin treats every class and case study as real-world R&D. He’s also earned professional certificates in Operations and Change Management from Cornell, with coursework covering everything from quality control to organizational behavior. These credentials don’t just hang on a wall—they inform how he evaluates markets and creates results for clients.

Personal Connection & Roots

Although not born in Raleigh, Justin grew up just east of the city, shaped by both rural and suburban life in eastern North Carolina. This early experience gives him a real understanding of the region’s diverse communities, migration patterns, and economic trends.

As his career progressed, the energy and resilience of Raleigh drew him in. Today, the city is home and headquarters for his work, connecting clients to outcomes across five counties.

Outside the office, Justin stays engaged in service and advocacy:

  • Serving on the East Carolina University Board of Visitors, helping expand scholarships for first-generation students
  • Supporting Homes for Heroes, providing frontline workers meaningful advantages in real estate
  • Advocating for the United Network for Organ Sharing through his family’s connection to organ donation

When it’s time to unplug, Justin enjoys exploring local restaurants or catching up with friends and family across the Triangle, recharging before the next opportunity calls.
