Currently enrolled in UNC Kenan-Flagler’s Executive MBA program, Justin treats every class and case study as real-world R&D. He’s also earned professional certificates in Operations and Change Management from Cornell, with coursework covering everything from quality control to organizational behavior. Personal Connection & Roots
Although not born in Raleigh, Justin grew up just east of the city, shaped by both rural and suburban life in eastern North Carolina. This early experience gives him a real understanding of the region’s diverse communities, migration patterns, and economic trends.
As his career progressed, the energy and resilience of Raleigh drew him in. Today, the city is home and headquarters for his work, connecting clients to outcomes across five counties.
Outside the office, Justin stays engaged in service and advocacy:
