Her primary mission is to enhance and streamline the operations surrounding new construction listings in the vibrant Raleigh real estate market. With a keen eye for detail, Katie is responsible for updating and maintaining pictures on new construction listings, inputting and altering open house information in MLS, entering presale homes, and overseeing infill details in insider. Her expertise and commitment ensure that clients, potential buyers, and team members have the most accurate and up-to-date information to facilitate optimal real estate transactions.

Bringing a rich professional background to The Jim Allen Group, Katie Duhig started her tenure there in 2024, having previously acquired a wealth of experience as a Data Analyst in the IT Department at Veolia Water Technologies. In this role, she honed her skills in data entry, database accuracy, and data integrity initiatives. This analytical expertise translates seamlessly into her current position, where her organizational skills and attention to detail are indispensable. With a Bachelor of Science from East Carolina University (ECU), her academic foundation supports her practical application of ensuring precision in handling hundreds of listings daily. Katie Duhig’s roots in Raleigh trace back to 2014 when she relocated from Illinois after her mother accepted a job transfer in the area. She laid her educational foundation locally, attending high school at Leesville and furthering her education at ECU. Raleigh has truly become her home, and Katie maintains a strong local presence, nurturing both her career and personal life within this vibrant community. Her journey from Illinois to North Carolina has been marked by personal growth and professional accomplishments, illustrating her deep and enduring connection to the area.
