My career began in a different arena. I spent 11 years leading a Division 1 men’s basketball program as the Head Coach at Campbell University. I’ve learned how to perform under pressure, make fast and informed decisions, and guide others toward success. Most importantly, I understand that at the core of all those skills is building great relationships. Relationships are at the foundation of The Jim Allen Group’s success, which is why I’m excited to bring my skills to this team.
I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Gettysburg College and a Master’s in Education with a focus on Secondary and Higher Education Counseling from West Chester University. My educational background and my professional leadership experience equip me to understand people’s goals and reliably guide them through pivotal decisions.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling the world with my family. When we travel, we’re looking to have fun, and we try to volunteer in the areas we visit. We often incorporate outreach opportunities into our travels. In fact, one of the most meaningful experiences of my life was running a clinic with my team in Argentina.
I’ve called North Carolina home for the past 13 years, and I want to help people love being a part of this region as I do. I’m here to provide knowledgeable, relationship-driven service at every step of the journey.
