There is always someone at JAG that knows the answer to any question or issue that may arise. The support is outstanding and everyone is given an opportunity to succeed. New construction, especially custom built construction is entirely different than a typical real estate resale home. Most outside agents come to us for answers and guidance. They know we have the most experience and can handle any situation, which most of us have learned from Jim.

If You Had Unlimited Time and Resources, How Would You Spend Your Days?
I love the beach and could spend the rest of my life at the ocean, however, I don’t see myself retiring any time soon. I love my job and the people I work with. I want to continue giving folks the key to make their dreams come true.
What’s Your Favorite Local Restaurant?
42nd Street Oyster and Seafood. Always order the raw oysters and oyster shooters. NEVER order steamed, fried, or Rockefeller.
How Would You Describe Yourself in One Word, and Why?
Tenacious- I do not give up when I commit to reaching a goal.
Asheville or Wilmington?
Wilmington without hesitation. I Love the ocean, the beach, and sand. I have a very large seashell collection from all of the beaches I have visited.
What Causes/Charities Do You Care About?
Various Pet Rescues. All of my pets have been rescues. I’ve volunteered at animal shelters. It was a very rewarding experience, although very difficult at times.
Who are the People (and Pets) that Keep You Motivated?
My children, Jeremy and Kristina, both lived in NC. They were the entire reason I left Ohio, along with wanting to be closer to my grandchildren. I have met my “forever” significant other here in NC who keeps me moving forward and supports all of my plans and dreams. They all give me a nudge when I need it.
Kim Myers was very instrumental in helping with the selling of my home.
