She oversees brand strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, marketing operations, and team development, ensuring every marketing effort supports the company’s business goals while delivering exceptional experiences for agents, builders, and clients.

Her expertise spans brand development, digital marketing, campaign strategy, marketing operations, creative leadership, process optimization, and organizational growth.

Before joining The Jim Allen Group, Kristina held leadership roles across the real estate, life sciences, technology, entrepreneurship, and professional services industries, giving her a broad perspective on building brands in complex and competitive markets. Her work has earned recognition through numerous local, regional, and national marketing awards, reflecting her commitment to combining creativity with data-driven strategy to produce meaningful business results.

Personal Connection & Roots

Originally from Ohio, Kristina has proudly called Raleigh home for more than two decades and now enjoys living in the heart of downtown with her husband of 25 years. Together, they’re raising two children, one in high school and one in college, and share their home with two cats and an energetic rescue dog.

Outside of work, Kristina is passionate about supporting the local building industry and currently serves as the 2026 Chair of the Communications Committee for the Home Builders Association of Raleigh-Wake County. Whether she’s mentoring her team, collaborating with builder partners, or exploring everything downtown Raleigh has to offer with her family, Kristina believes the strongest communities and the strongest businesses are built through meaningful relationships, collaboration, and a commitment to helping others succeed.
