Laurie Evans and Neil Williams

Laurie Evans and Neil Williams are a husband and wife team dedicated to creating the ultimate home buying or selling experience. Together they bring decades of experience in Real Estate and Hospitality and truly deliver a Full Concierge Experience. Not only do they work for The Jim Allen Group, which is the #1 Team Internationally for Coldwell Banker, but they are also recognized as the Top Performing Agents for their team.

Laurie is a Raleigh native who graduated from Millbrook High School where her Mother also attended and her Grandfather was a principal and Hall of Fame Coach. Laurie was sought out by HGTV’s “Love It or List It” Television Show in 2014, where she was hired as their Exclusive Real Estate Consultant (It’s true, you can even catch a glimpse of her on screen or check the credits for her name!). Laurie’s duties include pre-renovation evaluations, home tours, and post-renovation final numbers. These duties don’t just stop when the camera turns off, she is dedicated to putting her experience to work for her clients. Her specialty is assisting Sellers with getting their homes ready to list while walking them through ideas to maximize their return on investment. She is also a pro at listening to Buyer’s needs and “pulling the rabbit out of the hat”! Laurie is a member of The Home Builders Association of Wake County, serves as a Director on the Franklin County Board, and also participates in the Triangle Sales and Marketing Council.

As the other half of this dynamic duo, Neil brings to The Jim Allen Group an extensive background in restaurant management and his ability to thrive in a hectic, fast-paced environment. He is originally from Muscle Shoals, Alabama and is a University of Alabama Business graduate. Neil embodies a great deal of leadership, attention to detail and patience. Neil has been in the Raleigh area for over 20 years and has learned the ins and outs of the Triangle Market.
