What Does Being a Part of The Jim Allen Group Mean to You?
Being a part of the Jim Allen Group allows me to do what I love most: serve others. Not only that, it allows me to serve them to the best of my ability with the numerous resources they provide both agents and the people we work with. It has been a family atmosphere in which all agents, experienced and new, have offered me a helping hand while getting into the swing of things.

If You Had Unlimited Time and Resources, How Would You Spend Your Days?
If time and money were not a concern, I would travel and run a marathon in as many places as I could. I would also keep working because that is what keeps me going, to see the positive impact on others that I can leave.
What’s Your Favorite Local Restaurant?
Postino WineCafe at Village District is one of my favorite spots I’ve had in Raleigh. If you’re a fan of some Italian dishes it’s a great place. My favorite thing there are their paninis. If you’re planning on trying it I’d call ahead or make a reservation on their website because they’re always busy.
How Would You Describe Yourself in One Word, and Why?
Driven. A major part of my life is discipline and consistency. Growing up, I was always taught that if you say you’re going to do something, you should do it. That has stuck with me in every aspect of my life. This is the same mentality I will bring to the workplace and those who choose to work with me.

What Causes/Charities Do You Care About?
Being an educator and coming from a family of educators, something that has always been important to me is making an impact on future generations. Being positive with our kids and providing them with opportunities that they may not have otherwise is invaluable and can leave a lasting effect.
Who are the People (and Pets) that Keep You Motivated?
I have a family of four. My two parents Brian and Kim who have played a huge role in my life. I wouldn’t be anywhere near the man or person I am today without them. I also have a brother named Zack. Me and him have a great relationship and both drive each other to be better men each day.
