If time and money weren’t an issue, I would spend more time with my kids, help whoever wanted help, teach whoever wanted to learn & yes, of course, I would love to spend time in the beautiful country of Portugal with family. That day will come soon I know!
What’s Your Favorite Local Restaurant?
Sassool’s on Strickland Road, The Capital Grille @ North Hills, and Irregardless Cafe on W Morgan St in Raleigh are three of my favorite restaurants. I highly recommend them; they never disappoint!

Asheville or Wilmington?
Wilmington, there’s nothing quite like the Beautiful Relaxing Ocean, walking the various beaches & piers, Wonderful People from all over the world, Fantastic Seafood, So many places to explore, a great deal of History & fun places to visit.
I have always preferred the Beaches, just to wake up to those sunsets/ Sunrises/ ocean views that leave you speechless and in Awe. It’s so relaxing that you just don’t want to leave.
What Causes/Charities Do You Care About?
I volunteered at the local soup kitchen on Christmas & whenever they needed me; however, it became an unsafe environment, so I no longer do it.
I donate randomly to people that I see making an effort. Life is hard, and we all struggle in different ways. I try to make myself available to my neighbors and elderly who are not able to do certain chores, cook for them, and spend time with the lonely elderly.

On the 7th of February 2023, I contacted Ms Molly for a property I saw. The way she answered the phone, I said this maybe the right agent for me, because I've tried a couple of them before, they are not really nice. The first time my wife and I meet her, I can see in her eyes " she is a blessing to us". For a first time home owner, she makes the process goes smoothly from the beginning to the end. The first bank I contacted for a loan, it was not pretty.
