The Jim Allen Group is really unlike any other work environment I’ve worked in. The level of support available from every person involved is part of what make JAG so great. Everyone has each other’s best interest in mind and it truly shows the power of teamwork.

My entire life
If You Had Unlimited Time and Resources, How Would You Spend Your Days?
If money were no concern, I would be traveling the world making music and experiencing everything I possibly could. I would attempt to visit as many countries as possible. I would keep working in a sense that I would like to give back to my community and be able to positively benefit society to some degree. I would provide for my loved ones and make sure that they are happy and thriving.

How Would You Describe Yourself in One Word, and Why?
Creative, I spend most of my free time towards creative pursuits whether it be music, art, writing or in some other form.
Asheville or Wilmington?
Wilmington. Love the mountains but the beach & ocean has my heart!
What Causes/Charities Do You Care About?
I care about the poverty/food crisis that affects people in other countries and here in our own hometowns. No one should have to go hungry or worry about their next meal but that is the reality for many families. I also care about wildlife and environmental protection. We are only visitors on Earth and should take care of our outdoor home the way we care for our individual homes. I also care greatly about access to healthcare and education. Lastly, cannot stress enough the importance of breaking the stigma against mental health struggles.
Who are the People (and Pets) that Keep You Motivated?
My family will always come first. My parents, siblings and niece are the centerpiece of my life and inspire me to be the best version of myself. I’ve learned my greatest lessons from them and do everything I can to be active in their lives.
