Stefanie’s expertise, leadership, and passion for real estate continue to drive growth and excellence in the industry. She is passionate about creating the most successful new home communities in the Triangle. A South Carolina native with a background in business, real estate, and client service, Stefanie brings knowledge and decades of experience to everyone she works with.
After earning degrees in Business Management and Accounting from Coastal Carolina College and Horry Georgetown, Stefanie relocated to Los Angeles, where she launched and grew a successful skincare business. This experience sharpened her skills in sales, marketing, and client care—skills she seamlessly transitioned into real estate when she joined The Jim Allen Group in 2002.
Starting as a Buyer’s Agent and Relocation Specialist, Stefanie quickly became a trusted advocate for homebuyers, educating clients about the importance and value of buying a home. She quickly became known for her expertise in customer relations, design, and streamlining the home-buying process, earning high praise from clients and industry recognition for outstanding sales performance.
Her success and leadership led to her promotion as New Homes Director in 2007, and in 2012, she assumed her current role as VP New Homes, Sales & Marketing. In this role, she serves on architectural review boards, leads business development initiatives, collaborates with developers and builders to create thriving communities, provides strategic guidance on neighborhood planning, design selections, marketing strategies, home pricing, and contract negotiations. She is also instrumental in assembling builder teams, developing building plans, and recruiting and training new team members.
