Stefanie Bell’s expertise, leadership, and passion for real estate continue to drive growth and excellence across the Triangle’s new home market. Dedicated to creating some of the most successful and thoughtfully designed communities in the region, she brings a unique blend of business acumen, creative vision, and heartfelt client care to every project she leads.
A South Carolina native, Stefanie earned degrees in Business Management and Accounting from Coastal Carolina University and Horry-Georgetown Technical College. After graduation, she relocated to Los Angeles, where she launched and grew a thriving skincare business. That venture refined her skills in sales, marketing, and client service—a foundation that now fuels her success in the real estate industry.
In 2002, Stefanie joined The Jim Allen Group, quickly distinguishing herself as a Buyer’s Agent and Relocation Specialist. Known for her deep client relationships, design insight, and ability to streamline the homebuying process, she earned both client loyalty and industry recognition for her outstanding sales performance.
Her talent and leadership soon propelled her to New Homes Director in 2007, and by 2012, she was promoted to Vice President of Business Development – New Home Sales & Marketing. In this role, Stefanie partners closely with developers and builders to shape vibrant new communities. She serves on architectural review boards, leads business development initiatives, and provides strategic direction for neighborhood planning, design, pricing, marketing, and contract negotiation. She also assembles builder teams, recruits and trains new talent, and ensures every project reflects the excellence The Jim Allen Group is known for.
Stefanie’s dedication to the Triangle’s growth and her outstanding leadership have earned her recognition as a 2025 Women We Admire – Raleigh Honoree. Beyond her professional success, she gives back generously through her involvement in local charities and community initiatives.

I’m originally from a small town near Myrtle Beach (Loris), so the beach will always be in my blood—but the mountains bring a calmness to my soul.

Her community focus includes support for RPAC, BuildPAC, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, Shepard’s Youth Ranch, the Wake Forest Boys & Girls Club, and Smile Train.
