Stefanie’s expertise, leadership, and passion for real estate continue to drive growth and excellence in the industry. She is passionate about creating the most successful new home communities in the Triangle.  A South Carolina native with a background in business, real estate, and client service, Stefanie brings knowledge and decades of experience to everyone she works with.

After earning degrees in Business Management and Accounting from Coastal Carolina College and Horry Georgetown, Stefanie relocated to Los Angeles, where she launched and grew a successful skincare business. This experience sharpened her skills in sales, marketing, and client care—skills she seamlessly transitioned into real estate when she joined The Jim Allen Group in 2002.

Starting as a Buyer’s Agent and Relocation Specialist, Stefanie quickly became a trusted advocate for homebuyers, educating clients about the importance and value of buying a home. She quickly became known for her expertise in customer relations, design, and streamlining the home-buying process, earning high praise from clients and industry recognition for outstanding sales performance.

Her success and leadership led to her promotion as New Homes Director in 2007, and in 2012, she assumed her current role as VP New Homes, Sales & Marketing. In this role, she serves on architectural review boards, leads business development initiatives, collaborates with developers and builders to create thriving communities, provides strategic guidance on neighborhood planning, design selections, marketing strategies, home pricing, and contract negotiations. She is also instrumental in assembling builder teams, developing building plans, and recruiting and training new team members. Stefanie is also passionate about giving back generously to the local community and is active in multiple charitable organizations.

What Does Being a Part of The Jim Allen Group Mean to You?

I have been with this team for over 20 years. This is my second family.
We are always growing. There is so much experience within our team. Offering a wide variety of new construction and resale opportunities to cater to clients in all price ranges. We have the lots; no other team comes close to having the land opportunities.

Since 2001

If You Had Unlimited Time and Resources, How Would You Spend Your Days?

I will always work—that’s what I love to do. It keeps me mentally and physically active.
If I had unlimited funds, I would travel more often and continue to help others less fortunate.

What is Your Favorite Local Restaurant and Why?

Capital Grille — Lamb chops.

How Would You Describe Yourself in One Word and Why?

Doer. I have always been of the mindset to get things done.

Asheville or Wilmington? Why?

Originally, from a small town outside of Myrtle Beach (Loris), so the beach is in my blood.
However, the mountains are more calming to my soul.
