If You Had Unlimited Time and Resources, How Would You Spend Your Days?
My wife would probably retire, and I would keep working but would indulge more in creating experiences for my entire family. That could mean travelling but also enriching their lives through more local opportunities/activities as well.
What’s Your Favorite Local Restaurant?
Carajillos Mexican Restaurant is a favorite Mexican spot, but we also enjoy going anywhere that we can eat outside and if they have live music, it is a big plus.
How Would You Describe Yourself in One Word, and Why?
Caring – I was a Minister for 24 years in different states before we moved to NC. You have to be able to care about people to truly help them whether it be in a church setting or the Real Estate world.
Asheville or Wilmington?
Wilmington all day!! We love the beach and everything that comes with it.
What Causes/Charities Do You Care About?
We share and volunteer our time with our local church which is Amplify Church on Hwy 42. We host a bi-weekly small group of just new members/attendees with the Pastor and his wife to help new families feel comfortable at a new church. I am also part of the Worship team there and serve at least monthly if not more.
Who are the People (and Pets) that Keep You Motivated?
My wife Mary works for the Wake County School System, my 2 kids Brittany and Ryan, and their spouses Skyler and Ryan live in Statesville, NC and Hilton Head Island, SC respectfully, and my 6 grandkids. Family is everything and we try to see them as often as possible.
