Tracey Raupp is the Transaction Data Manager at The Jim Allen Group, bringing a diverse and extensive background to the team. Her journey began in the food service industry and later led her to serve in the Army where she honed her skills in supply and property management. Her experience includes roles in veterans’ education services, budget analysis, finance, and administration in both the private and government sectors. Tracey’s educational achievements include a double major in Business Administration and Management; double minor in Marketing and Organizational Communication and Leadership, along with several relevant industry certifications.
Having called North Carolina home for her entire life, Tracey has lived in various cities across the state, each contributing to her wealth of experiences. When not immersed in the world of real estate transactions, Tracey enjoys exploring different cultures through travel, combining her passion for global issues with her resourceful nature.

Tracey holds certifications in Principles of Cost Analysis Management, Army Working Capital Fund, Franklin Covey’s “7 Habits of Highly Effective People”, and Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced. - Favorite Local Restaurant: Bodega Tapas and Wine – The owner, Serge, is a French Chef that provides a great atmosphere and a very unique dining experience.
- One Word to Describe Yourself: Resourceful – Most of my life has been spent figuring out the best way to reach the next goal and how to accomplish it efficiently. Also, if I don’t know an answer right away, then I do my best to research and find a resolution for myself or for others.
- Asheville or Wilmington: Both! I love visiting the beach in the Spring and the mountains in the Fall every year.
- More About Tracey: I have a lovely son named Vander Atlas and we have Ella & Trevor, who are two very energetic dogs. Ella is a German Shepherd/Husky mix, and Trevor is a brindle Cane Corso.
