Prior to joining the real estate space, he managed SEO strategy for over 65 concurrent clients at a fast-paced B2B marketing agency. This intense exposure honed his ability to identify patterns, organize complex data sets, and build operational systems that scale — all skill sets he now channels into real estate operations. Often supporting the sales team with systems thinking and advanced process design, Victor brings a sharp eye for detail and a mindset that thrives on eliminating friction. Personal Connection & Roots

Originally from Southern California, Victor made the leap across the country in late 2019, relocating to Raleigh for a digital marketing role with a local agency. It was his first time living outside of California, and he arrived with everything he owned on his back. Raleigh — with its tree-lined streets, gentle climate, and welcoming energy — quickly began to feel like home. Adjusting from an arid landscape to North Carolina’s humidity and lush greenery wasn’t without its surprises, but he’s since embraced everything the Triangle has to offer. Now a proud part of the Raleigh community, Victor’s appreciation for the area extends beyond its natural beauty.
