Sherri Felton

Sherri Felton is a North Carolina Native who moved to the Raleigh area from Rocky Mount in 2005. She discovered her passion for real estate after being inspired by a family friend and began her career as a real estate broker in 2006. Sherri has been with The Jim Allen Group - Coldwell Banker’s #1 sales team for over fifteen years. Not only is Sherri a knowledgeable real estate agent at The Jim Allen Group, but she is also the New Construction Manager. In this role, Sherri works with Jim Allen Group builders to negotiate contracts, and assist with building plans, pricing and interior elements of new construction homes.

She is well versed in new construction and can provide invaluable information throughout the building and buying process to buyers and buyers agents alike.
