Tim was our realtor for two separate transactions and was the most helpful. His experience and expertise were second to none. Our first experience was in 2022 when we sold our first home. I can’t believe that it’s been a little over a month since we brought our first home. Looking back at the home buying process, we were blessed to have Tim McBrayer as our realtor. He made what we envisioned to be a highly stressful experience into a relatively easy one. We reviewed options sent by Tim prior to coming to the area to make our visit as efficient as possible. Tim picked us up from the hotel and drove us to each house. He had an itinerary for all visits, addresses were preset in the GPS and printouts of the listing were provided for us to view as we went from house to house.
