Community Spotlight: Wexford Reserve

Wexford Reserve is an amazing custom-built, single-family home community, conveniently located in the highly sought-after town of Wake Forest, North Carolina. This community is presented by the area’s most sought-after custom home builders and development team, which includes AR Homes | Monterey Bay, Britt Construction of NC, Dougher Development, Grande Manor Homes, Speight Built, Stellar Blu Construction, Upright Builders, Wilks Builders, HJ Morris Construction, ICG Homes, Kendall Custom Homes, and R.A. Newton Custom Homes.

Wexford Reserve was developed on land that is the legacy of the Paschal family, whose lives are steeped in the history of Wake Forest and its storied institutions. A scholar, historian, writer, and philanthropist, George Washington Paschal was born in 1869 and devoted his life to preserving, promoting, and chronicling the town and its culture. He contributed significantly to Wake Forest College (now Wake Forest University) as a classics professor, library curator, and much more, while also contributing to the community in roles such as contributing editor for the State Democrat. Generations of the Paschal family spent time fishing and hunting on the property. Now, this community is open to new families looking to create their own legacy and roots in Wake Forest.

The large, wooded homesites in this community range from 0.6 to 1.7 acres. There are limited homesites with water views, along with opportunities for including a basement or pool. Residents have access to the St. Ives community pool and tennis facilities. They also enjoy strolls along the scenic walking trail, which passes the pond and a beautiful fountain. Wexford Reserve is minutes away from historic downtown Wake Forest, close to Falls Lake State Recreation Area, and in close proximity to Capital Boulevard and I-540.
