Hi there! From the moment you pull into my driveway, you'll sense there's something special about me. I was built in 1983 and have been loved my whole life. Many friends and family have gathered here for special occasions and just to relax. I have a couple of comfortable living spaces when you walk in and a wood fireplace if you still like to enjoy the heat from trees. Once you enter, to the right side is a cute galley kitchen with some quartz countertops and nice appliances. Oh, and the refrigerator stays here since it's almost new. That way you don't have to worry about where your food goes. Just past the kitchen is another area that is flexible. You can use it for a dining area, an office, or just a hang out area. It leads to the oversized deck that overlooks all the trees in my backyard. One time a big storm named Fran in 1996 came through and took out some beautiful trees, but we survived. You would never know it with how wooded everything is while enjoying the deck. On the opposite side, there is a master bedroom with its own bathroom. It's cute and has a sink, a toilet, and a combo shower/tub! Back to the middle, you can choose to go up or down. Let's go up first. There you will find two different bedrooms with large closet spaces in each. There is a bathroom that people can share and guess what...it has a sink, a toilet, and a combo shower/tub also! In the hallway, there is a place where you can install a stackable washer/dryer to get your clothes and other fabrics nice and clean. The views from the windows are pretty so make sure you take a peek outside from up there. Now, let me tell you about downstairs. It was once a giant crawl space area but my owner got a permit to fix it all up so someone could enjoy the space. There is now a big room that has its own kitchen with quartz c-tops and newer fridge, a place for laundry, and you guessed it, a bathroom with a sink, a toilet, and a combo shower/tub. Check this out. It even has its own entry door and a screened in porch to enjoy. You could use it for an in-law suite or maybe even rent it so you could use that money to help you with any expenses. Some other new items to not overlook are the HVAC to keep you cozy, water heater, and plumbing fixtures. Let's start to wrap this up but before I do, you should know why people love me. It's my location! I am just over a mile from this big school called NC State University. Their centennial campus is a short walk or bike away. There is a bus right around the corner from here that can take you there if you prefer not to walk. Downtown Raleigh is right down the road also. Just come and take a look at me and you'll see what all I'm talking about. Then you'll have the opportunity to live here for as long as you desire. I look forward to meeting you soon!
