JAG builders win top honors at 2025 Triangle Parade of Homes

The 2025 Triangle Parade of Homes is now over, and The Jim Allen Group has so much to celebrate this year. JAG’s talented builder partners earned top honors at this year’s Parade event, earning 15 awards during the annual Parade of Homes Awards Gala, held Wednesday, Oct. 15. JAG builders previously earned 29 total awards during the Franklin County Parade of Homes Gala. These awards celebrate the best of the best in building and design trends throughout the region.
The following awards went to JAG builders.
Gold awards
Ken Harvey Homes earned top honors for two of its homes at the 2025 Triangle Parade of Homes: 110 Broadleaf Lane in Youngsville, which is located in Grandiflora; and 10 Gambel Drive in Youngsville, located in Sorrell Oaks.

The Grandiflora home is a 4-bedroom, 4-bath home with 3,296 square feet of living space, priced at $900,000. It features main-level living with both the primary and guest suites downstairs. It features a gourmet kitchen with premium appliances and an oversized island. The kitchen opens to a sweeping living area with a stone fireplace and ceiling beams. Silver awards
Five homes by JAG builder partners won silver awards during the awards gala. Homestead Building Company earned two silver awards, including 7000 North Ridge and 708 Catawba, both in Raleigh. Brandywine Homes earned a silver for 200 Broadleaf Lane in Grandiflora. Wilks Builders was awarded a silver award for 125 Spanish Oak in Sorrell Oaks. ICG Homes earned a silver for 2328 Ballywater Lea Way in Wake Forest’s Waterstone.
Homestead’s home at 7000 North Ridge is a 5-bedroom, 5.5-bath luxury home with 6,241 square feet of living space. It backs up to the 7th fairway of the Oaks Course in North Ridge Country Club. It features 11’ ceilings on the first floor and an upscale kitchen with a large prep island and hidden scullery pantry. The primary suite features a tray ceiling and a walk-in closet through the spa-style bathroom. It is $3,995,000.
Homestead’s Catawba Street home is in the highly sought-after North Hills area. This 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom, 4,224 square-foot home features a gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, a scullery pantry, and a custom island with barstool seating. - McKinley Homes’ 959 Alma Railway Drive is a townhome at Kinsley in Wake Forest. This model home at Kinsley is a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home with 1,963 square feet of living space. It is $415,200.
- Ken Harvey Homes’ 280 Forest Bridge Road at Hidden Lake in Youngsville. This home features 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 4,212 square feet. It is $1,300,000.
- ICG Homes’ 1236 Perry Bluff Drive at Prescott Manor in Wake Forest. This is a 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home with 3,957 square feet of living space. It is $1,395,000.
