About Grayson Baird

Grayson Baird is a Raleigh native and proud NC State University graduate with a career built on serving people and the community. She grew up in Raleigh but has also lived at the coast and in the mountains, giving her a well-rounded understanding of life across North Carolina. Grayson has a deep love for design and creating spaces that feel like home. She initially pursued a degree in Interior Design before earning her degree in English Literature, blending creativity with communication skills that now enhance her work in real estate. With her strong connection to the Triangle, she brings local insight and genuine passion to helping clients find their ideal homes.

Professional Experience

Grayson is a licensed broker with more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Her professional background includes five years in banking, six years working with community association boards and managing homeowner associations, and 15 years providing executive administrative and operational support to the leadership team at Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston. During that time, she also served for six years as Secretary of the HPW Foundation, supporting its mission to strengthen local communities through charitable giving and volunteerism. This diverse experience has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of real estate operations, leadership support, and client service, allowing her to navigate every transaction with professionalism and care.

Personal Interests

Outside of work, Grayson enjoys traveling and hiking with her husband and their dog, Willie. She also loves exploring new restaurants and taking advantage of the Triangle’s diverse and growing food scene.
