North Hills Draws New Appeal with Planned Development

For nearly 50 years, the North Hills neighborhood in North Raleigh has been an ever-evolving destination that’s consistently re-imagined as the Triangle grows. Now, that growth will continue thanks to a $1 billion Innovation District project, with a focus on bringing innovative life science companies, new restaurants, shopping, and living space to the area. The design will also include green space attached to the Capital Area Greenway system and pedestrian walkways.
