The 2023 Triangle Parade of Homes is just around the corner, and as this highly anticipated event is in its final days of preparation, there’s reason to get excited about what’s in store. As the Parade of Homes enters its 58th year, builders across Wake, Durham, Chatham, and Orange Counties prepare to showcase their most stunning homes throughout the region.
This year, 89 builders within 124 communities will showcase 185 homes. It’s free for the public, and homes are open Sept. 30 through Oct. 1, Oct. 6-8, and Oct.13-15 from 12 to 5 p.m. The Parade of Homes website even allows you to plan your route to ensure you’re making the most out of your experience.
The following are a few of the reasons you’ll want to spend your weekends touring the 2023 Triangle Parade of Homes.
You’ll see the biggest trends in design and construction
One of the top reasons to attend the Parade of Homes each year is to see the trends that are on display. If you’re looking for a new home, expect the most modern design features and style trends to be on full display at this year’s Parade of Homes. From flexible floor plans to distinct architectural elements to new color palettes, Parade will have it all.
Not looking to buy? Parade of Homes can also give you inspiration for your next interior design project or help you figure out the newest technology you might need to make your home a smart home. You’re guaranteed to find ideas at every stop.
You can earn prizes for touring homes
One of the fun parts of a celebration like the Parade of Homes is how many builders get in on the excitement surrounding the event. Many builders offer incentives for visitors to attend the event, which is one of the benefits of attending.
Watch for giveaways and prizes at individual Parade homes, which may just make your visits a little sweeter. Don’t be afraid to do whatever it takes to cash in on the many prizes that are being offered at each home. They are all just part of the enticement to get people into the homes during Parade hours.
