The Jim Allen Group has been honored with six Silver Awards at The Nationals, one of the most prestigious new home sales and marketing awards programs in North America, presented by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB).
Hosted annually, The Nationals celebrates excellence in new home sales, marketing, and design across the building industry. Recognition from this event honors the creativity, innovation, and excellence found in teams across the nation. And for The Jim Allen Group, it’s a statement for our unwavering commitment to our community, which goes into every campaign, platform, and client experience we deliver.
About The Nationals
Organized by the NAHB’s National Sales and Marketing Council, The Nationals is widely considered the gold standard for recognizing achievement in the home building industry.
Entries are judged by a panel of industry professionals and marketing experts who evaluate innovation, execution, and measurable impact across hundreds of submissions nationwide. Categories span everything from digital strategy and branding to on-site experience, technology integration, and individual leadership. The Nationals recognized work from 2024 and 2025, and over 1,100 entries from across the country were submitted for the 2025 event.

Innovation through JAG Adventures
A major contributor to our recognition was our JAG Adventures in Finding Your Home platform — an immersive, tech-forward approach to showcasing our builder partners and new home communities during the 2024 Parade of Homes. The Jim Allen Group earned Silver Awards for the Best Overall Advertising Campaign, Best Social Media Campaign and Best Website for our Parade work, as well as Best Use of Technology for our Parade of Homes App.
From our interactive website experience to our purpose-built mobile app, JAG Adventures in Finding Your Home was designed to enhance guest engagement across digital channels. The app and website provided full details about JAG’s Parade homes and builder information. And the app allowed Parade-goers the ability to plan their tour route for a unique, self-guided tour experience. By blending storytelling, gamification, and mobile-first technology, the JAG Adventures in Finding Your Home campaign transformed how prospective buyers interact with homes during one of the most important showcase events of the year.
Recognizing leadership in marketing
We’re especially proud to celebrate Kristina Sandine, whose Silver Award for Marketing Professional of the Year recognizes not only her leadership in advancing strategic marketing initiatives across the organization, but also her deep commitment to professional service and industry engagement.
From campaign planning to digital execution and cross-channel performance analysis, Kristina’s work has played a key role in elevating The Jim Allen Group’s marketing presence on both a regional and national stage. Beyond her day-to-day leadership, she has remained actively involved in the industry—serving on the HBA Communications Committee last year and stepping into the role of Chair this year. She is also an active member of the TSMC, further demonstrating her dedication to collaboration, professional growth, and advancing marketing excellence within the field.
Kristina joined The Jim Allen Group in 2022 as the Marketing Communications Manager. She was promoted to Director of Brand Communications in 2023 before being named Director of Marketing Strategy and Operations in 2026.
Raising the standard for builder and broker partnerships
The Jim Allen Group also earned a Silver Award for Best Broker Program. Come Sale Away is an annual event where we reward agents who sell JAG homes. Come Sale Away demonstrates our commitment to building meaningful, performance-focused partnerships with builders and developers.
