The first weekend of the Parade of Homes is set to begin this weekend. If you haven’t begun planning your tour, now is the perfect time to start For the next three weekends, builders from across the greater Triangle area will have new homes on display that feature a variety of styles and prices. If you’re looking for a new home or are just interested in exploring what’s happening in the world of Raleigh-Durham real estate, the tour of Triangle Parade homes is an exciting must-do. It’s also the largest real estate event for the year.

The Jim Allen Group, in partnership with the Home Builders Associations of Raleigh-Wake County and Durham, Orange and Chatham Counties, plus the Tri-County Home Builders Association of Franklin, Granville and Vance Counties, is presenting over 60 homes from our builder clients that shouldn’t be missed. This free event is a self-guided tour. Plan in advance to ensure you get the most of your weekend. Here’s how to get organized. 

The 2024 Triangle Parade of Homes will be held September 28-29 | October 4-6 | October 11-13 from 12 PM – 5 PM and the Tri-County Parade of Homes will be held September 28-29 | October 5-6 | October 12-13 from 12 PM – 5 PM. Of the 60+ homes that The Jim Allen Group has in the parade this year, close to 50 are open to tour across the counties.  

These homes are located throughout Raleigh, Rolesville, Wake Forest, parts of Youngsville and Franklinton, Knightville, New Hill, and Mebane. JAG’s builder client homes in the Triangle Parade span from townhomes priced from $300,000 up to luxury homes priced at $3.6 million. Tour the Triangle Parade homes in these locations to see the latest trends in urban living, high-end and spacious townhomes, and everything in between.

These locations also represent what’s hot for many homeowners. Homes Inside the Beltline and in the North Hills area of Raleigh continue to be popular locations for many buyers. Meanwhile, locations like Youngsville, Franklinton, and Rolesville remain top destinations for those looking for space in rapidly growing communities across the Triangle.

The Tri-County Home Builders Association of Franklin, Granville, and Vance County will be part of the Triangle Parade of Homes, but homes are only available for touring on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the event. Twenty-five of the homes available from JAG builder clients are in the Tri-County area, so be sure to keep that in mind when planning your tour. 

JAG’s builder clients have spacious single-family homes spread throughout Franklinton, Louisburg, Spring Hope, Youngsville, and Zebulon. These homes, priced from the $400s to $1.2 million, feature airy homes with modern features.

As the Triangle continues to grow outward from the core of Raleigh-Durham, cities in these counties have been hot spots for builders looking for land to answer housing demand. Anyone looking to explore the up-and-coming towns in the Triangle should put these homes on the list of must-see Parade destinations.
