JAG builder partners bring home 20 awards at 2026 Franklin County Parade of Homes

JAG builder partners have plenty of reasons to celebrate after earning 20 awards and honors at the 2026 Franklin County Parade of Homes awards gala held Wednesday, Oct. 7. Twelve homes from seven JAG builders received honors recognizing outstanding craftsmanship, design and innovation from the area’s top builders.
JAG builders earned Gold, Silver and Bronze awards along with honors recognizing standout features such as kitchens, owner’s suites, outdoor living spaces and interior lighting.
Lilium Homes took home multiple honors
Lilium Homes was honored with two Gold awards, one Silver, and one Bronze. Their two Gold-winning homes are 20 Cherry Bark Drive in Youngsville and 120 Derby Lane in Franklinton.
Lilium’s 20 Cherry Bark Drive, located in Sorrell Oaks, is a four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home offering 3,296 square feet of living space. The home also received Best Owners Suite for a retreat featuring luxury hardwoods and a custom trim accent wall with built-in lighting, as well as Best Interior Lighting. Additional highlights include a two-story foyer with a custom glass wine rack and a chef’s kitchen with a coffered ceiling, quartz countertops and backsplash, custom floating shelves and a large center island. An open design and abundant windows give the home a bright, spacious feel. It is priced at $1.05 million.
Located in Franklinton’s North Pastures, 120 Derby Lane is a five-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom home offering 6,305 square feet of living space. The builder earned a Silver award for 170 Cherry Bark Drive in Sorrell Oaks. This four-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home offers 3,832 square feet and an open floor plan anchored by a kitchen with quartz countertops, custom cabinetry and a hidden scullery. Finally, Lilium earned a Bronze for 40 Serenity Woods Trail, an $850,000 home located within Franklinton’s Manors at Harvest View. It also features a main-level primary suite, two-story family room and upstairs game room.
Cantiere and Grande Manor bring home Gold
Cantiere Homes earned Gold for 30 Cherry Bark Drive in Youngsville’s Sorrell Oaks. The four-bedroom, four-bathroom home offers 3,934 square feet of living space and received Best Kitchen for its custom cabinetry, large island and hidden scullery with a sink and built-ins. It also won Best Owners Suite, recognizing a retreat with site-finished hardwoods and an en-suite bathroom featuring a freestanding tub and walk-in closet with custom dressers. The home is priced at $1.35 million.
Grande Manor Homes won Gold for 7924 Wexford Waters in Wake Forest. Located in Wexford Reserve, this four-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home offers 4,868 square feet of living space and is priced at $2.1 million. It also received Best Kitchen for its ceiling-height cabinetry, quartz countertops, large center island with designer pendant lighting and walk-in pantry. Additional highlights include a saltwater pool and finished basement with a kitchenette and patio service window.
Three builders win Silver and Bronze awards
Genesis Building Company earned a Silver award for 5905 Tranquil Cove in Youngsville. Located in the Tranquil Cove community, this 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom ranch-style home features 3,365 square feet and an upstairs media room and full bedroom and bath. It’s priced at $875,000.
Ken Harvey Homes won Bronze for 55 Broadleaf Lane in Louisburg’s Grandiflora. A 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home with 2,146 square feet, this home’s family room opens to a vaulted screened porch for flexible entertaining. It’s priced at $899,999.
Wilks Builders won a Bronze award for 35 Chestnut Oak Drive, a 4-bedroom home with 4 full and two half bathrooms and 3,944 square feet of living space. A soaring two-story entryway, vaulted ceilings, recreation room and dedicated study create an impressive, yet flexible home designed for everyday living. It is priced at $1.25 million.
Three builders win Best feature awards
Three additional JAG builder partners received awards recognizing standout features within their homes.
Caviness & Cates earned Best Owners Suite for 65 Kettle Creek Drive in Zebulon. Cantiere Homes received Best Interior Lighting for 40 Wheatfield Lane in Louisburg. Ken Harvey Homes earned both Best Kitchen and Best Interior Lighting for 5205 Harmony Grove in Youngsville.

There are two weekends left to tour these award-winning homes during the Triangle and Franklin County Parade of Homes events. Homes throughout Franklin, Wake, Durham, Chatham, Orange and Johnston counties will be open from noon to 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9 through Sunday, Oct. 11, and Friday, Oct. 16 through Sunday, Oct. 18.
