SmokeStacks Cafe is the best hidden gem in Raleigh. Their menu changes daily, and it’s in the heart of the Oakwood neighborhood. I’ve never been disappointed there!

Asheville or Wilmington?
Wilmington! I moved to NC from Iowa on the hunt for better weather and the beach. I love the mountains as well, but there’s nothing like putting your chair in the sand and soaking up the sun.
What Causes/Charities Do You Care About?
I’m a huge advocate for public education. Teaching has always been a passion for mine, and alongside that, I love to support the Boys & Girls Club as so many of our Raleigh students have benefitted from their programs and support.
